CALGARY-BASED · CANADA-CONNECTED

Commercially connected
across Canada.

Commercial expertise is local. Commercially's role is to make the connection more intelligent: a clear requirement, a relevant market professional and an explicit brokerage relationship for the work being done.

Build reach through cooperation—not vague claims of everywhere.

Commercially's core brokerage practice is Calgary and Alberta, where regulated services are provided through Real Broker and appropriately licensed professionals.

For requirements, properties or clients elsewhere in Canada, Commercially may help identify or cooperate with Commercially agents and other commercial professionals. The fit is assessed assignment by assignment because property expertise, licensing, conflicts, availability and local knowledge all matter.

A national brand should make the local relationship clearer, not hide it. Before work begins, the client should understand who is responsible, which brokerage is involved and what services are actually being provided.

01 / REQUIREMENT

Define the assignment

Market, property type, objective, timing and the client's actual need come before an introduction.

02 / LOCAL FIT

Match relevant expertise

A commercial professional should fit the location and property category—not simply share a postal code.

03 / LICENSING

Verify authority

The professional and brokerage must be appropriately licensed or otherwise authorized for the work in that jurisdiction.

04 / ACCOUNTABILITY

Make roles explicit

Representation, conflicts, cooperation and the responsible brokerage are confirmed before the assignment moves forward.

A shared commercial standard.

01
A decision-ready brief

The Commercially requirement starts with the objective, property fit, economics, timing and risk—not a generic lead form.

02
A useful handoff

Relevant context is organized so the local professional can understand the situation without forcing the client to restart the story.

03
Connected specialist platforms

Where appropriate, Commercially's property, data and decision-tool platforms can support discovery and context.

04
Local professional judgment

The professional doing the work remains responsible for local advice, verification, brokerage duties and transaction execution.

FAQ

National network questions

Does Commercially provide commercial brokerage services everywhere in Canada?+

Commercially does not make a blanket national-coverage claim. Calgary and Alberta are the core brokerage market. In other locations, Commercially may help identify or cooperate with an appropriately licensed commercial professional, subject to availability, relevant experience, conflicts and the rules that apply in that jurisdiction.

Who represents the client on an out-of-province assignment?+

The responsible professional, brokerage, scope and representation relationship must be confirmed before work begins. A Commercially introduction or cooperation path does not itself create a representation agreement.

Can you recommend a commercial agent in another Canadian market?+

Yes, you can ask. Share the market, property type, assignment and timing. Commercially will assess whether a suitable cooperating Commercially agent or another commercial professional is available; a connection is never guaranteed.

How are referral or cooperation arrangements handled?+

Any referral, cooperation, compensation or disclosure requirements are handled through the relevant brokerages and professionals under applicable rules. Clients should receive clear information about who is responsible for the work.
