CommercialBrokerage.ca is a Commercially platform. In Alberta, regulated real estate services are provided through Real Broker AB Ltd. o/a Real Broker and appropriately licensed professionals. Site content is general information, not legal, tax, accounting, engineering, planning or environmental advice.

Source hierarchy

We prefer primary public authorities, enacted legislation or bylaws, official datasets, direct property documents and original Commercially research. Third-party market reports may provide context but are identified as such. Unsourced numerical claims are not presented as verified market facts.

Brokerage judgment

Interpretation is labelled and should be understood as professional perspective shaped by the available facts, the assignment and the date. It is not presented as universal or certain.

Dates and updates

Material guides display an updated date. Time-sensitive regulatory, planning and market references should be confirmed at the primary source before a decision is made.

Corrections

Send a correction request with the page URL, disputed statement and supporting source to hello@commercially.ca. Substantive corrections are reviewed and the visible page is updated when warranted.

AI and syndication
